For the Town of Windsor’s Old Redwood Highway Corridor Enhancement Plan (ORHCEP), which was developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, SGA conducted an online public workshop focused on user experience, public spaces, and the corridor’s various visual qualities to better understand the community’s vision for the corridor’s use, aesthetics, and architectural character. SGA also developed public engagement boards used to solicit public input at the Windsor Farmers Market. Utilizing community feedback and building upon the insights gained through its work leading the Connecting Central Windsor study, SGA assessed the bicycle and pedestrian access and experience along Old Redwood Highway and developed Architectural and Greening Design Guidelines for the corridor, which were incorporated into the ORHCEP.
