Music Instruction and Performance Studio

SGA is working on converting the back half of an old brick building into a music instruction and performance studio for jazz musician “Hurricane” Sam Rudin. Formerly the home of a graphic design office, the space is located behind the Bonita Fish Market on University Ave. SGA has studied numerous alternatives of architectural alterations, including restoring the existing roof truss and removing and/or rebuilding an interior mezzanine level for office and additional viewing space.
