Kratins Residence

Oakland, California

SGA designed and engineered a beautiful house on a steep up-slope site. The layout of the house was organized to get as much light as possible into the interior spaces along with having interesting vistas even though it was surrounded by trees and foliage. The unique characteristics included a ‘Green-Roof’ and a different structural system. The interior spaces were well conditioned along with substantial exterior living and circulations areas.
